The location and view were mind-blowing, offering a peaceful and chilled atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The spacious room had all the necessary amenities and a comfortable bed. The fantastic homemade breakfast included crepes, warm bread, and personalized scrambled eggs. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm and welcoming owners. The restaurant, oh my goodness, it was out of this world! We couldn't believe how fresh and delicious the food was, and we dined there four nights in a row without getting tired of it. And let me tell you, the view of Pico island was jaw-dropping! The location was so convenient, being close to the ferry harbor and airport, making it easy to explore the island. Our room was incredibly spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a small fridge. The entire hotel felt brand new and even offered complimentary laundry service. And the cherry on top? The adorable cats and kittens that melted our hearts. The breakfast each morning was mind-blowing, with homemade crepes, local cheeses, and a bowl of fresh-cut fruit. Even better than those large tourist hotels! And speaking of food, the dinners at their restaurant were fantastic, with a great selection of local meat and seafood, and delicious salads made from ingredients grown in their own greenhouse. The cozy king bed in our suite was so comfortable that we slept like babies. And those friendly cats outside the restaurant added a charming touch to our stay. The delightful rural setting and breathtaking view of Mount Pico made waking up each morning a true joy. The hotel itself provided the perfect base for our hiking trips around the stunning Sao Jorge island. The owners and their staff truly made our stay a memorable Azores countryside experience. We would absolutely recommend this place, just make sure to rent a car!

Breakfast is fantastic, featuring local ingredients and a lot of homemade food. their restaurant serves delicious food with local products.
The restaurant service can be quite slow sometimes, even considering the Azorean slow times.

The food was fantastic and the staff was helpful. They gave us a lot of useful information about the area and suggested great activities. the best thing was the beautiful view of the ocean from the room. the location was perfect as it was situated in the middle of everything.
The price was too high for what was described as a 'nice' accommodation. the rooms are unlit, and the windows are hard to open.

Over the Easter weekend, I had a great time in a hotel with superb views of a nearby island. The breakfast was amazing, abundant and varied, and the restaurant was a pleasant surprise with fresh and very tasty dishes. the location was convenient, close to both the ferry harbor and the airport, and we had a very large and clean room with a small fridge, perfect for our needs as a family.
The bed was uncomfortably soft, which affected our sleep and overall experience. , some areas of the hotel, such as the pool and terrace in front of the restaurant, seemed unkempt and in need of maintenance.
